Our product is to make the process of applying lip balm/ chapstick a fun and easy process. In simplicity, it is a basic lip balm recipe, supersized and it is unique because it is not in a simple container and is secretive I guess you can say. It is pretty cool because it was a simple project and it turned out to be a success and turned out to be really good and helpful as well. There is not much to explain about this project but it was made out of the simple ingredients used in the d.i.y lip balm but we quadrupled the amount of ingredients we used in the project to fit the container and to you know, WORK!! It was important we know these ingredients otherwise we could of failed or it would of taken more ingredients and more time which we don’t have a load of for ourselves and this project. We used shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax to ensure the best and most useful product we could’ve made for this project. One more thing is that we didn’t use too much coconut oil or it could of just been sloppy and a hard project for me, my partner, and the judges judging our product. But let's get onto why we decided to use a deodorant bottle instead of a regular canister or cylinder, we used this to ensure that our project was unique and wasn’t something everyone was thinking or that would’ve been boring and non-visually cool as well. And we kind of wanted to add an element of surprise into this project as well because you don’t see many people using deodorant for their lips. Which adds the kind of shock factor we wanted to see in the project as well. And for the last thing we made it for is the easiness and laughs you can get out of it as well so everyone can have a good time and enjoy how stupid you look as well.
